Go for the prototype.

You know the longer you wait, the more likely they either find you or the prototype. You take a wide path and head for the building. Once you are there you deftly scale the drainage pipe up the side of the building and go over to get the package, and your guns. Then as you get close you see out of the corner of your eye sitting on a broken piece of cardboard, the package. "What the fuck?" You quickly scoop it up and go over to where you stashed everything and see everything else is gone. "Fuck."
