Charm Vickers, and compel him to alter your ID badge

You lock eyes with Vickers and let your power flow through you. You say some words in a forgotten language, which he doesn't understand and you only barely do. His jaw works soundlessly as his brain processes a flood of new imperatives. It's like watching a very slow computer reboot. After a few moments, he swallows and nods his head in a much more official way than he's ever greeted you before.

"Good evening, boss. What can I do for you?"

You lean on the countertop that sits over all of Vicker's screens and look down at him in a newly boss-like way, and sip your coffee. "My ID badge doesn't open all the doors in the building. I kind of think it should, don't you?"

Vickers agrees rapidly, "Yes sir, that must be some kind of mistake. I'll fix it up straightaway." He taps a few keys and makes some kind of modification to the building security system. He doesn't actually take your ID badge itself or re-encode it. Instead he instructs the security computer to open all doors when the RFID signature attached to your badge is presented to a scanner. You hadn't expected this, but it actually makes more sense once he explains what he's doing.

"Is there anything else I can do for you?"
