Take a wild guess.

Creaking the door open, you peek inside. In the dark, you can make out a pair of feminine legs wrapped around a masculine waist, and her arms sliding up and down his back. Straining your ears, all you can hear is kissing and heavy breathing, but no rocking or grunting sounds. And then, you hear a zipper being pulled down.

Wanting to be somewhat responsible, but mostly wanting to cock block Terrence, you turn the lights on and trot back to the others. Before the door closes completely behind you, you hear horrified gasps and frantic movement. "That was mean of you," Djal says, keeping pace with you. "I thought we wanted to wing man for him?"

"We do," you reply, pausing at the door. "But we don't have to make it that easy for him." You return to your chair and see an amused smile on Djal's face.

Terrence and Dominique return in record time, and everyone else has to clear their throats loudly, while making not so subtle adjustments to their faces. They look to each other in confusion, before running back out again, red faced in both embarrassment and smeared lipstick. "I think it's best that we forgot that that happened, and when they come back in again, we say nothing." Gus suggests, looking at you and Agathe. The pair of you nod solemnly.

Later that evening, you bump into Terrence at the hotel lobby. "Going out tonight?" he says. You tell him that you are, and he nods. "Me too. Dominique says that she wants to take me out on a night about town. Still not willing to take that bet?" His grin is slimy and makes your skin crawl.

Before you can answer, your dates arrive. Dominique strides up to Terrence and kisses his cheeks, in the way that they do as greeting here, while Agathe is a bit more reserved and defensive. "Agathe, you should have told me you were entertaining someone as well," Dominique says, taking Terrence's arm in hers. "We could, uh, how you say... double date?"

"Um..." is the tepid reply. You don't blame her. From the look in Terrence's eyes, you'd be cagey too.
