Saddle up with the knight

Grabbing hold of the knight?s hand, you climb on board. You thank him for the ride as heads towards town. Along the way you pass over streams, through wooded areas, and see some dilapidated housing. No people, though. Finally, after a few hours, you see the edge of town approaching.

?Where dost thou hail from?? asked the knight, innocently.

?America,? you reply absentmindedly.

The knight scoffs. ?Sounds like rubbish to me.? He turns, leering at you, but you just shrug your shoulders. ?As a knight I have a responsibility to help the weak and injured,? he adds. ?I also have a responsibility to the throne, and I need to know I can trust thee. So, tell me again where thou comest from.?
