Sarah pauses

Billy half mindedly watched as Sarah slowly stopped walking. It was to his surprise when he saw her grab the edge of her shirt and pull it up, raising her top as a firm pair of breasts slipped out with two puffy candy pink nipples to greet him. Billy blinked in complete amazement, clearly unexpected as Sarah continued to stand there like nothing was wrong, staring off into space as her other hand began reaching for her waistline.

Billy was slow to react, not even thinking to grab his phone as until sarah snapped out of her daze, yanking her shirt down suddenly and looking around her in a very confused manner before walking off with her dog at a brisk pace.

"Did I do that, just by thinking?" Billy paused as a series of lewd thoughts flooded in. He needed to test this new found power, just to be sure.
