Daria wakes up

Daria felt her head spinning as consciousness slowly returned to her, as her eyes cracked open bright sunlight dazzled her. She held up a hand, her movement sluggish attempting to shield her eyes, as the glare subsided her vision focused on the room around her. The bare white walls and rows of beds gave away that she was in some sort of hospital area, she wasn't even sure if she was still at the college or not. Fortunately, it wasn't long until a canine in a very clean lab coat came by.

'Ah, you're awake,' The canine spoke before Daria could even begin, 'My name is Doctor Armeccitti I've been looking after you for the past fifteen or so hours that you've been here. Would you like a sandwich?' She held out a plate.

Daria was somewhat disconcerted by the Doctor's mannerisms and was unsure of exactly how to respond. 'I guess I'll take a sandwich?…'

'Good choice... vegetarian correct?', Armeccitti handed Daria a heavily laden salad sandwich, 'You should eat, its been far too long since your last meal. Now you're awake I'll let your sister know. The Prefect who found you also want to speak to you, I'll get him after your sister. Also…' Armeccitti went on to explain something, but Daria was only half listening. She had honed in on the comment about a Prefect wanting to speak with her, specifically who that Prefect was. It might not be the Stallion, but honestly she wasn't sure if that was a good thing, better only one person see her in all those exposed situations. Either way she now had an awkward conversation to look forward too… Yay!

Armeccitti had finished speaking and was looking at her expectantly, Daria realised she hadn't touched her sandwich yet and so took a bite, it was bland, water cress and... was that lettuce? The odd combination aside, she realised she was rather hungry and was glad to have some food. She realised she hadn't taken in anything that the Doctor had said and should probably ask her to clarify, but when she looked up the Doctor had left, leaving her on her own.

Finally having some conscious time for herself, she was able to dwell on what had happened. She remembered the confrontation with the Bucks, a brief spanking and some messing around, but from there it was blank. Feeling down, she noticed a plaster had been placed over where Red's antler had caught her. Also of note was the bruise still present on her other buttock, so she was still worse for wear, literally. She lay back trying to relax and chewed on her sandwich, at the very least she didn't have to worry about anyone else in the ward disturbing her. As she recovered further feeling in her legs she stretched them out, wincing at the pins and needles. Thankfully, she realised that although she was not wearing anything but her underwear, (her clothes were off to one side), the bed clothes protected her modesty, at least for now. Unfortunately, her clothes were still disheveled. Her blazer had a noticeable dark patch which she assumed was the remnants of her discharge, at least her skirt, which had been removed first, was fairly fresh.
