AR Day 3 - Breakfast

You sit with Adella at breakfast, but you both notice how the other girls are gathered around Lara. She must have some interesting stories to tell...

Apparently you will be doing a camping overnight tonight, and there is a rumor that the camp will open up its swimming pool soon, so the girls are all planning to go into the city to buy swimsuits after the practice match this afternoon.

"Should we go too?" you ask Adella, who is still busy eating. She eats a lot...

She nods and takes a drink of coffee.

"I'll pick yours," she says.

You like the sound of that.

"Then I pick yours," you say.

That seems to amuse her. "Fine," she replies.

After breakfast you go to a lecture and sit in a classroom that is nice and cool. The day is already so hot...

You look curiously at the new girl, but find her looking at you. She doesn't even look away when you catch her. She just looks at you.

Adella is spaced out, bored by the lecture. She doesn't notice. It's kind of uncomfortable. You start to blush, but Lara looks very confident.

Her confidence reminds you of Adella.

The lecture ends, and you all go out into the muggy heat to do drills on the field. Lara is amazing! She runs fast, and there is a lot of power in her kicks. She is very strong for being so slender.

You notice Adella looking annoyed, and wonder if she feels threatened. You don't care if Lara is really good... you are just delighted at what is going on between you and Adella. But Adella might be feeling territorial. She is one of the best, if not the best player at the camp, but everyone is paying attention to Lara.

Now you are taking practice shots, but unfortunately Aki's coach is in the goal. She is a scary Japanese lady with short, purple hair. Someone mentioned something about her being some kind of cop, and she seems to be friends with Olivia. You heard that maybe they both like computers.

Anyway, the Japanese coach is inhumanly good, and stops every shot until Lara shocks everyone with a blazing goal that barely gets past.

The only girl left is Adella. She steps up, rolls the ball, flips it into the air, then spins around for an unnecessarily fancy kick. The Japanese coach stops it easily.

Adella looks pissed.
