The next morning

Jason woke up the next morning, surprised that he was still in the large master bedroom with 5 gorgeous naked ladies in the bed with him.

"So it wasn't a dream?" asked Jason

"No, it wasn't"

Jason looked to see Emma.

"Good morning, Emma" said Jason

"Good morning, Jason, may you come with me, I have something I must discuss with you" said Emma

"Um, sure, but let me get dressed first" said Jason

"I've seen you naked already, plus, the rest of the mansion's staff don't mind" said Emma

"Well, I do" said Jason

"Alright" said Emma

Jason got out of the bed, making sure not to wake up any of the girls, before getting dressed. He then walked out the room with Emma, who led him to a lounge.

"So, what did you want to talk about?" asked Jason

"It's about your father" said Emma

"Oh" said Jason

"You see, Jason, your mother left the mansion because after you were born, she was hoping your father would ask her to marry him, when he revealed he had no intention of doing so, she left and took you with her, that hurt your father, as she was his favourite harem girl, he never had any other children and he never married, but he knew how to keep in touch with you. When he had my mother recruit the girls for your harem, he decided he didn't want you making the same mistakes, so he wrote you this letter" said Emma, handing Jason an envelope

Jason took the envelope and took out the letter inside.

Dear Jason

If you are reading this, then that means that I have died before getting a chance to see you. I knew about my poor health and so I wrote this for just such a situation.

I want you to know that I loved your mother, and while you never had a chance to know me, I loved you too, so I was heartbroken when your mother ran away with you. I knew she left because I wasn't ready to get married and I don't want you making that same mistake.

It took me a lot of thought, but I finally reached a conclusion, you must find a girl to be your bride by your 23rd birthday, once you make that decision, everything is officially yours for good. However, if you do not make a decision in time, you will relinquish the entire inheritance.

While you may be uncomfortable with potentially forcing a girl into marriage, I assure you that each of the girls in your harem are fully aware of the situation and will accept whatever decision you make.

"What? This is insane, I have to pick one of those girls to marry me?" asked Jason

"Yes, but you have 4 years to make a choice, so you have plenty of time to think about it" said Emma

"But I still don't know if I want to accept the inheritance, plus, don't those girls have other aspirations other than just being my arranged wife?" asked Jason

"Of course they do, Lauren wants to be a singer, Nicole wants to be a nurse, Chloe wants to be a painter, Charlotte wants to be a chemist and Leonie wants to be a writer. But they will still have a chance to live their dreams as part of your harem, but they may not have a chance if you forfeit the inheritance" said Emma

"What are you talking about?" asked Jason

Emma pulled out a file and placed it on the table between them. Jason picked up the file and looked at the information inside, and a picture inside of some preppy looking blonde haired guy, around Jason's age.

"Who is this guy?" asked Jason

"He's your cousin, Parker Wilson, he is the next in line to inherit the fortune after you, if you forfeit the fortune for any reason, he will inherit everything, including the harem girls" said Emma

"And what's the worst that could happen then?" asked Jason

"Parker has a history of domestic **** in his past relationships, he's been arrested twice for attacking girls, he acts like girls only exist to be his playthings. His father, your uncle, always uses his influence to get Parker off the hook and Parker never learns his lesson. There's no telling what he would do if he gets the harem" said Emma

"Shit, so either I pick one of the girls to marry to inherit a fortune and a conglomerate that I don't even know if I'm capable of running, or I forfeit all that and surrender those girls to a life of being abused by a misogynistic asshole?" asked Jason

"I'm afraid so" said Emma

Jason hid his face in his hands, unsure of what to do.

"Hey, that girl you mentioned to Lauren, the girl you have a crush on, who is she?" asked Emma

"Huh? Oh, well, her name is Jessica, she's a regular at the coffee shop I work at, I thought she didn't think about me in any way, until a couple months ago" said Jason

"What happened a couple months ago?" asked Emma
