Flashback to a party

Jason entered the house of his best friend, Elliot. Elliot was throwing a party while his parents were out of town.

"Jason, you made it" said Elliot

"Of course, Elliot, I wasn't going to miss this" said Jason

"Sweet, because I've got some great news" said Elliot

"What is it?" asked Jason

Elliot pointed to the bar, where a girl with long brown hair was filling a cup.

"Jessica? What's she doing here?" asked Jason

"I invited a girl to the party and she brought Jessica as a plus one, small world" said Elliot

"Yeah, real small" said Jason

"Yeah, so this could be your chance, man, go talk to her" said Elliot

"What? I can't just talk to her, what do I even say?" asked Jason

"How about, 'I think you're really cute, I'd love for us to go out sometime', something along those lines" said Elliot

"Easy for you to say" said Jason

"Jason, let me tell you something, you miss out on 100% of the chances you don't take" said Elliot

Elliot walked away to talk to some other guests. Jason realised that Elliot was right, so he walked over to Jessica.

"Hello there" said Jason

"Oh, uh, Jason, right?" asked Jessica

"Yeah, and you're Jessica, right?" asked Jason

"I am, I wasn't expecting to see you here" said Jessica

"My best friend's the one throwing the party, I wasn't expecting to see you here either"

"Well, your friend and my friend are co workers, he invited her and she brought me along" said Jessica

Jason and Jessica sat together for a while, just chatting and sharing some drinks. Jason could easily hold his ****, but he could see that Jessica was getting quite drunk.

"Hey, Jason..."

"Yeah?"

"Why don't we take this somewhere else? I wanna play" said Jessica
