It wasn't that Kanshi would not LOVE to humiliate Yukiko at school. It was simply the logistics of the situation. Smuggling equipment into the Inn had been fairly simple since it was a place where tourists and strangers were frequent and expected. The rest of the town took greater notice of outsiders, especially given the murders and kidnappings that had taken place. Even then, it had taken months of preparation to get everything ready. Smuggling a camera onto school grounds unnoticed would take a miracle, and any extra attention could ruin the whole plan and get them all arrested in the process. Besides, the more vindictive side of Kanshi didn't merely want the Amagi girl humiliated. He wanted to see it all as it happened, recording it all for the world to see.
As for the alleged ghost, whether it was a real spirit or simply a trick the Midnight Channel had conjured up as a response to Yukiko's own thoughts, did not seem to have any interest in the school. Or perhaps its ability to influence the living world did not extend that far. Yet.
Thus Yukiko's morning was blessed free of public nudity. That's not to say nothing important happened to her that day. In fact, as she timidly made her way through the Inn (hoping not to run into anyone who had seen her naked the night before) she ran into someone unexpected.
