Zombies! ...and a radio.

You find a man lying on the ground. He has a large hole in his head, and his brains are running out of the top of his skull. You look around, but nobody is in sight. Suddenly, you hear a groan from behind one of the dumpsters. You walk over and find a zombie buried in the trash, trying to get free.

Behind you, on one of the corpses, a radio crackles. You walk over to it and turn it up.

"This is Captain Pacco! All forces regroup at the warehouse district on the edge of town," a deep voice says.

You try to reply, but the radio is damaged and can only receive.

"I know where to go," you say, getting back in the car.

"So, why are you letting her be your girlfriend but you made me your ****, Master?" Falicity pouts.

You turn on the car and drive down the road, crushing the occasional shambler along the way.

"Because you're special," you answer.

"I am?" she asks, smiling.

"Yeah. You let me talk you into becoming my **** instead of my girlfriend," you say.

She pouts and says nothing.

The coast looks clear. You pull into the parking lot of a closed store that you used to frequent.

"Stay in the car. I'm going to check on someone, " you say to both of them.

You open the car door and head into the store. The inside is in shambles. The front door was probably smashed open from the inside. You look around until you find the back room where the owner had his office. The door is smashed open and you immediately head in, locking it back behind you.

You find the office empty, but a bloody trail leads to a backroom. You follow it and find the owner dead from multiple gunshots to the head. He was probably a zombie and was killed before he could do any more damage. The room is a complete mess. You see destroyed filing cabinets, a smashed computer, and an inordinately large number of bullets.

The only thing that isn't damaged is a hidden safe, which still has most of its contents. It's mostly cash, with a few large bills and a few gold coins.

You pocket the money and head back to the front room.

"We should go," you say, getting back in the car.

"Alright!" Felicity says.

You drive down the road, towards the warehouse district. You notice that the zombies are starting to close in.
