Good news

For the next two hours people are rushing in and out of the room and all you and the others can do is sit and wait for information, pacing you really want to kick something but think its a bad idea as you punched a wall earlier and it now has a large dent in it. Just as you are about to start another circuit the door opens again and this time Mandy comes out along with Wendy and Paula. " She is ok now ", Nikki walks up and demands to know what the hell happened.

Paula answers that question with excitement, " the strange liquid that was purged from Cory's body was in fact the toxin leaving her body it just was a little more violent them we predicted or Timothy's seaman was way more potent then we predicted not sure on that yet". Every woman turns to you at that comment then looks back to Mandy and the others, " so is she going to be alright and do you know if you fixed her nympho issues" Nikki asks. Mandy explains it will take time to see, but what happens but all signs are good for now.

Feeling happy that things turned out ok you spend the next few days just moving around from one job to the next doing a few women in the morning, before setting off to help around the town to get the buildings up to been able to hold off a freak attack, it is not as rushed as you would have thought it would be but your mom and aunt say things are going to plan and not to worry. Hitting a few keys on a laptop it begins to project a list on to the wall and points to the top of it, " we are in shit street ladies, as of four am this morning the hydro electric dam has stopped working , according to the techs on site it has suffered a major fault that they cannot fix with the parts on hand, but hope is still with us". Tapping a few keys the image changes to a map, " now according to the techs the parts they need can be found in the following areas only problem is they are bulky and we do not have a truck big enough to carry all of them in one go and we do not know if they are all available from just one site as well. So we are splitting in to two teams for this op, team one is going to head to this facility 180 miles from here to see if it has the parts we need and team two is going to hit this facility 260 miles away."

Looking at the map you see a third option but that is almost 500 miles away, " now unlike are last road trip we will go armed for bear and with the new coms dish set up we will have coms with both teams, each team will have an expert who can tell what it is we need as well as a security detachment, team one is Sgt Jules, Privates Bluebaker, Ambers, Jones and Smith. Team two will be lead by Captain Galore, with Corporal Mendez, tuning out as something on the wall is getting you attention and it dawns you, the second site is in a city.

A cough gets your attention and you realise at some point you missed something important, " ah sorry just got distracted by the fact one of the targets is next to or right on top of a major city ". Nikki smiles at that comment just shaking her head, " and the civilian spots the worst part of this situation we have no idea what the city is going to be like so the team that is headed up by Captain Galore will have more firepower but a smaller foot print it is more of a recon then a need to get the parts, I am hoping team one will find what they need before team two reaches its destination and we can all just not open that can of worms".

Listening to the rest of the briefing it seems you are to be sent with your aunt to the second target as it will take you an extra two hours to reach it if you leave at the same time and you will not be. Spending the rest of the day getting ready checking the trucks and gear. Cory is pissed she cannot go but has been vetoed on the grounds she is still not one hundred percent ok yet and some people have to stay behind and watch the Homefront.
