She Awakes in a Strange Location

When I came too, I was hoping that I was just having a bad dream. No longer was I in my apartment. Instead, in some kind of forest. Evidently far from any city as the night sky above me was full of stars. I myself was laying in the middle of a field with some saplings around me. THe grass was so soft, it was actually quite comfortable. Sadly, it became clear to me that I wasn’t dreaming. As I sat up, I noticed that I was still wearing my Dark Bat costume. Even more shockingly, my flashlight wasn’t in it’s pouch on my utility belt. I had dropped it when I was dragged into the darkness. What was going on? I went to stand up when all of a sudden, the shadows being cast by the saplings came to life, grabbing me by my writs and ankles and pulling them in different directions. I screamed as this happened by I was silenced as the shadows then wrapped around my mouth, effectively gagging me. I struggled to break free but it was no good. I was stuck.

So there I lay. Bound by shadows in an unknown location in a cheaply made sex superheroine costume. Could this night get any weirder. Yes it could. Clouds suddenly began to form in the sky, molding themselves into the shape of a face. As the eyes formed, it looked down at me. Smiling and with a lustful look in his eyes that I have seen one to many times. The face in the clouds spoke, his voice booming and threatening. “Well well, it seems as though someone has intruded upon my land.” I glared up at the sky, shaking my head in disagreement. The sky laughed. “Just kidding Dream Girl. I know you didn’t come here of your own free will. Mostly because it was I who brought you here. I saw the lovely Dark Bat and just had have her.” Dark Bat? How did this….thing know who Dark Bat was…..and did he really think I was Dark Bat? “I have watched you from afar for some time now my dear and thought it was time to have a little fun. You see, I have transported you into my world. You may call it the Land of Darkness and here I am king.” I wasn’t liking where this was going. “Tonight, you and I shall play a little game. Before you is a path that will lead you to my castle. Within it is the means to send you home. If you can reach it, you may return home and you shall never hear from me again.” Alright, what’s the catch? “That being said, there is much within the Land of Darkness that I’m sure will not be too fond of you. Not only that, but I shall be after you too my dear. If I can catch you and unmask you, then you loose and you shall remain here in the land of Darkness, as my sex ****.” I swallowed hard. Why do I get the sense this isn’t going to be easy.

The shadows binding me released me. The Sky continued. “There is a path forward for you. It shall take you to my palace.” He then disappeared. “ don’t keep me waiting dream girl.” I had no idea what was going on here but I knew I couldn’t sit around and do nothing. If I was going to get home, I had better get a move on. Standing up, I’d started down the path way. Ready for anything.
