Her male boss

Liza's boss was talking to her while her back was turned. The latter has her arms crossed over her chest and her blouse was unbuttoned. When she turned around, this was noticed.

"Why is you blouse unbuttonned?" he said

"Uh..., I was hot." she responded

The boss look at Liza suspiciously. She seem to be sweating, which could make her previous statement valid. But it look like it's for another reason she doesn't want to say. Also, it seem like something is shifting on her chest. "Is she doing this or is there some sort of creature in her blouse?" He thought. There must be an explaination.
