Charlie shows you the ropes

You enter the open living space, in which someone had vomited pop surrealism art all over. Suspect number one enters the room with a smile, and asks "How are you two?"

"Good." You reply.

"Excited?"

"Yeah."

"Can I get you anything?"

"Thanks, but we've eaten."

"Well then, I guess there's nothing left to do but to do it."

"Guess so."

The two of you follow Charlie upstairs to his bedroom. There, he asks "Did you bring your rope?"

"Yep." Adela opens up her bag and pulls out the rope you purchased last night.

"Excellent. Now, first thing first, do the two of you have a safe word?"

"Fruit Loops."

"Very well. Don't' be afraid to speak up if things start hurting, okay?"

"Of course."

"If you really need to, I've got trauma sheers on my bedstand if we need them."

You give Charlie an odd look. "Trauma sheers?"

"It might seem a little drastic, but so do most things before a crisis."

"So where can we get a pair?"

"You got a tenner?"

"A what?"

"Ten dollars."

"Oh... Yeah sure."

"I'll pay it." Adela interjects.

Charlie smiles. "You really are the submissive, aren't you?"

The three of you laugh before Adela hands over the money. Charlie then gives her a set of trauma sheers, before saying "Now, how much do you know about tying knots?"

He proceeds to demonstrate some basic knots before going on to forming various restraints. As you put Adela into various restraints, you picture what it will be like to have her all on your own. You know that this is only the beginning of your journey, but it's an exciting step nonetheless. Even better, the hour passes without Adela needing to say her safeword once.

Charlie says "Well, I think that's just that good start."

"Thanks." You reply.

"Not a problem."

"What if we want more lessons?" Adela asks.

"Well, I'm not always available, but I do have an employee, Roxy. She'd be willing to help."

"Is she the one with the mohawk?"

Charlie nods. "That's her. I can give you her number if you like. Just mention me when you call."

"Sure."

After acquiring Roxy's number, you say your goodbyes to Charlie. With nothing left to do, you head back to Adela's place, eager to put what you've just learned to practice.
