Ria and Denni

Ria and Denni made their way to the southern side of Varlona, which appeared to be a merchant district. They walked, rather than spend the money on a boat in the canals. They made their way through the winding streets, unaccustomed to a city this size. They passed through an extravagant open-air market, full of merchant stalls from every corner of the world.

Denni's eyes drifted across the market, to a buxom woman who stood partially in a shadowy door. She'd spotted Denni across the crowd, and fixed him with a sultry gaze. Another brothel.

"If we were on a raid, this would be a king's bounty!" Ria said. "Denni?" She noticed where his attention had shifted to, and prodded his shoulder. "Denni, is that all you think about?"

"Ow!" he complained. "No?"

She pulled him into a nearby alley. "We've all seen you staring at Yolna's tits," she said. "And mine, too, for that matter, when she isn't around! I've even seen you try to catch a peak at Hanna, not that she ever shows her body off."

"Hey, can you blame me?" Denni said. "You're beautiful women, all three of you! And I... well..." He glanced off to one side and blushed.

"You're a virgin, aren't you?" Ria guessed.

Denni didn't answer right away. "Yes," he admitted at last.

Ria pondered for a minute. "Can I confess something?"

Denni nodded.

"I'm a virgin, too," Ria said.

"Really?" Denni said, in awe. "But... really?

"Really," Ria said. She put a sympathetic hand on Denni's shoulder. "It's okay, not everyone is Brudd and Yolna."

"I know, but I still really want to have sex, though," Denni said.

"While we're making confessions, Denni," Ria said, "So do I."

Ria glanced back across the market square to the brothel Denni had spotted.

"Denni, I have an idea," she said.
