She charges straight into the enemy archers

The battle was on!, and as her students made formation and moved against the enemy, Byleth knew that she had to help and protect them throught the battle, they may had battled bandits before, sure, but given the sheer number of them here today, she wasn't going to risk their lives pointlessly.

And so, rather than risk it, she decided to play safely, by first, putting Dedue and Dimitri on the front to block the coming attacks, followed by Sylvain, Ingrid and Felix in the side to intercept enemies, and finally, Mercedes, Annette and Ashe in the center to harrass the enemy from afar, that way, they all support each other, without putting themselves at risk, truly a master plan of hers.

However, that plan would prove to be in wrong quickly, as rather than take the bait and attack head on, the bandits simply decided instead to fortify, and send in their archers and mages to rain fire on them, forcing the Blue Lions into a tricky situation. Either they could continue to defend against the arrows, losing energy, and risk being attacked later, or they could attack them head on, and risk heavy casualties, either way, the situation seemed difficult.

"What do we do now teacher", Dimitri asked Byleth as he tried to contain the arrows coming in.

" Don't worry, just leave to me, okay ?", she replied back, upon which, she grabbed her sword and prepared herself to attack.

Byleth knew that she had to do something to save the situation without risking her students's lives, and she had the answer, if these bandits weren't going to get close to them, she was going to get up close to them instead. That way, she thought, the archers would focus on her instead, leaving her group free to move closer to the bandits to attack them, it was a risky move, sure, but she had the sword of creator at her side, and had nothing to fear from a simple group of bandits.

With that said, Byleth left her students behind, and full charged head on against the enemy archers, who naturally, before she could get close to them, they took the opportunity to rain arrows upon her...
