He was freed from the webbing, allowing him to strike with both blades, pointing upwards, killing the spider instantly with a Sneak attack. Sadly, this didn't reward him any experience. However, he stumbled forward, knocking Lavina back slightly. When she swung back, her face lightly tapped his crotch. While this was going on, he missed the spider's body turning into a small grey chrysalis that rolled out of sight after hitting the floor.

Angelo winced from the unexpected jolt of pain, but luckily didn't take any damage. He let out a breath as he knelt down, placing his scimitar back in his Equipment Set Slots. His eyes looked at the woman's face closely. She had pale skin, curly light red hair that ran down to her jawline, freckles upon her cheeks, and a cute round face. Upon closer inspection, he thought. 'Hmm, she was actually quite pretty.' He shook his head as he lifted his free hand to gently touch her cheek. "Time to wake up, miss. It'll be harder to cut you down if you aren't awake."

Lavina's violet eyes opened before widening drastically as she took in the situation and calmly said. "I don't know who you are, but if you don't release me this instant. I promise you'll regret it!" Her score sank to - 20. Angelo sighed softly before whispering. "I am not the one who brought us here. I'm going to cut you down. After I cut this webbing from you. You are free to go, honest." She lifted a brow as her score rose back up to 0, clearly unconvinced of his sincerity, but nodded. He moved a hand to the middle of her back while standing up. He tilted her half way up before cutting the webbing at the top, sending her down towards the ground. He quickly moved to catch her before setting her down on the ground.

Angelo looked to her and said. "Don't move, I don't know how thick this webbing is." Her score ticked up to 15 as she nodded. He took his short sword, gently pressing the blade against the fibers of the webbing. It broke easily against the sharp blade, but he had to be slow and careful. If he wasn't careful, he might cut into her. While cutting the webbing, his efforts revealed something shear and red. Upon revealing more of this, he found her form was covered in a sexy red nightie. Lavina looked to Angelo then to Zelbeck and said. "I suggest catching him when he falls." She lifted up her wand then with a flick of her wrist it sent out a small flame toward Zelbeck, burning up all of the webbing around him before sending him hurdling towards the ground. Angelo rushed forward, catching Zelbeck mere inches from hitting the ground. Zelbeck's eyes opened, looking around before grumpily saying. "Hmm, maybe I shouldn't have had so much to drink." Lavina sighed before saying. "Yes, caution is always the wisest course of action. However, all of us can worry about that later. It is time to leave." Angelo set Zelbeck down on his feet before standing up himself and said. "Right." Zelbeck score ticked up to 20 as he brushed himself off. He was wearing a dark brown leather stealth suit with two empty dagger sheaths. When Zelbeck's hands reached for those sheaths, he looked visibly disgruntled. While letting out a sigh, he looked to Lavina and asked. "Hmm, are my dark brown hilt daggers in that little chest?"

Lavina looked back in that chest before reaching inside, retrieving both of the previously described daggers, tossing them to Zelbeck. He caught them in mid air before vanishing in front of their very eyes. However, his voice whispered from where he had been standing. "These fuckers won't know what hit them. Angelo lifted a brow, bending down to look where Zelbeck was pointing and saw the small grey chrysalis. He reached in to pick it up and used Observe on it.

Both Zelbeck and Lavina walked closer to him, but Zelbeck had started to speak. "Finish it off and let's get out of here." Lavina playfully smiled and said. "Give it to me and I will make its owner pay for their crime." While Angelo looked to Zelbeck then to Lavina a quest popped up.

Accept or Decline?

Angelo mentally hit, 'Accept' before handing it over to Lavina and the quest turned itself in as he said. "I rather this sort of thing never happen again. Do what you need to do, Lavina."

Reward: 100 xp + 10% (10 xp), 50 Rp with Lavina, and Sneak attack level increase.

Lavina's Rp score has increased to 85.

Sneak attack has increased to level 3 - Damage multiplier has been increased from 2.5 to 3 times.

As Angelo read all of that Lavina took the egg from him and said. "Handsome and wise, a rare combo." She gently touched the tip of her wand to the top of the grey chrysalis and chanted softly. Shortly after, the egg changed color for a few seconds. However, the darkness faded as Lavina spoke. "The owner will be in for quite the surprise." She placed it on the ground before looking to them and said. "The way is clear, right? Let's go." They all agreed and quickly made their way for the front door. As they walked, Angelo put his short sword back in his Equipment Set Slots.

Once there, Zelbeck smiled and said. "Thanks for the help. If you need a hand later, just give me a call. I'll give you a generous discount." They exchanged numbers before he left. Lavina walked up to Angelo after and whispered into his ear. "If you ever have a problem in the future or.. just desire some company. Give me a call, Angelo." She exchanged numbers with him and kissed his cheek before walking out as well. Angelo shook his head after they left before stepping out as well. He wondered what this was all about, but more importantly. How was he going to stay safe from things this in the future? It was fairly obvious that his apartment wasn't safe enough anymore.

With this in mind what should Angelo do about it? Return to Slyka's village whenever he needed to sleep? Invest in a security system? Or move to someplace off the grid?
