Jessie into a pokemorph

The Catalyst or Chimera stones were the newest development of one of Giovanni's little labs. This one had been trying to figure out the process of stone evolution so that it could be artificially replicated and thereby undercut the suppliers of such stones.
They still didn't understand the why and how, but they'd accidently made something else.

At first called Chimera stones because their first experiment had taken a Charmander and a Meowth and created a unique pokemon with characteristics of each. Somehow combining the two into one new being.

More experimentation had indicated that there were more possibilities for the stones. Giovanni had been enthusiastic enough to want all the stones brought to him. Entirely new pokemon, with great strength and powers? Oh yes, he was very interested.

The handlers of the stones hadn't been affected because of their care in handling the objects with tools. That hadn't completely isolated the stones and they'd picked up influences from their environment.
The one affecting Jessie was influenced, and Jessie soon became a pokemorph as a result of that influence. In her case it was:
