Link focuses on the Water Temple.

As much as some part of Link wanted to indulge in the flirty feelings he was feeling, he knew there were more important things to be doing. Namely, going to the Water Temple, and saving the Zora people. Of whom he was temporarily a member. Getting into the underwater temple was not only possible in this body, it was easy. Once inside, despite the different body, Link took to the task easily. After all, he'd gotten used to solving puzzles and fighting monsters. Sure, the many tektites and strange clam monsters were a little more challenging at first, as Link wasn't used to swordplay with this different body, but he could still wield the Master Sword, and do his duty.

Shortly before discovering the secret of how the Ocarina of Time could change the water level in the temple, Link entered to see he wasn't alone. Another female Zora was there, one far more beautiful and voluptuous than himself. Knowing it to be Princess Ruto herself, Link felt the strange innate desire to kneel at her feet, which he resisted. As she turned around to face him, Ruto said, "Oh...you...If I'm right...who are you?"

It looked like she had a whole speech prepared, but Link's changed appearance through her for a loop. When the princess started shooting Link a confused glare, he knelt immediatially, feeling eager to soothe her mood. "My apologies, Your Highness. Though I do not currently look like it, I am your betrothed, Link the Hylian. I recently obtained a magical mask, one that allows me to become a Zora, to help in surviving this temple and saving your...our people." Bowing his head lower, Link told her, "Your wish is my command."
