What Does Lois See?

The Temple Treasure

A door had opened in the base of the statue...and inside, Lois Lane saw the things that dreams are made of.

It was perhaps eight inches long, and stood upright on a small stone plinth. An inch and a half in diameter for most of its length, flaring out to two inches at the base. Stylized, almost art deco in its appearance rather than realistic, no sharp or rough edges that would catch.

In the light of her smartphone, the golden glow of the phallus glared back at her, dazzling in its polished perfection.
