Hands grappled with the wet cloth, as Lois wheezed and sputtered—but at least the coughing was at an end. She was still having trouble breathing though, her chest was too tight, too heavy.

"Oh wow," Harley said. "Where was she hiding those gazongas?"

"It must be the pollen. Some people, when they have plant allergies experience...localized swelling..." Ivy was sounding less uncertain.

What the hell are they talking about? Lois wondered. Then she opened her eyes.
