About your "situation"

You decide to fess up. You need help.

You ask her if she has any cb-3000 models in stock.

"Oh wow, I never pegged you as someone who would be into chastity." She pauses and thinks to herself for a moment.

"So who's the key holder?" She inquires.

You debate telling her, but figure you need to come straight at this point.

"Well here's the thing.. I'm actually already locked up..."

"Wait. What?" She asks.

"Yeah I never meant for this to happen and I really only need the key so I can get get free."

She's amazed by all of this, but still carries herself professionally.

"Now look, you may know a lot about other things, but you clearly don't know a lot about the cbt-3000. You see, every model has a different key hole style, so buying this wouldn't do you any good."

She continues, "Now we do have a custom key maker in the back, but we'd need the original key.... Or... the keyhole"
