Testing out a new sweet

Ruruka Ando is a person who could be described as many things. Selfish, cruel, unforgiving and a generally bad person. If there was one good thing you could say about her, it was that she was determined to perfect her craft, she was the Ultimate Confectioner for a reason.

Today was no different, she was in her lab cooking up a new batch of sweets which had a special **** that Ruruka 'borrowed' from her 'friend' Seiko's lab. Ruruka didn't understand what the **** did but she figured if it was out on display it shouldn't be harmful or poisonous.

Soon her oven would ping and her sweets were finished. Ruruka pulled them out of the oven and let them cool down for a bit. She called her boyfriend Sonosuke over since she needed someone to test them, however, he wouldn't pick up.

"Of all the times he chooses to ignore me..." Ruruka said to her boyfriend, he was a weird person but he was her loyal boyfriend so she could let it slide, however, this left Ruruka with a problem. She needed someone to eat one of the sweets to see if they are any good.

"It should be fine if I eat one. I mean what's the worst that could happen?" Ruruka said as she ate one of the sweets.

Little did she know how much she would regret the actions she just did.
