Chapter 16 by Blues32 Blues32

What's for breakfast?

Breakfast with a show.

I vaguely remembered that in the cartoon, Raven wasn't a good cook. As I came downstairs in boxers and a t-shirt, I was happy to find that wasn't the case with MY Raven. She had made a stack of pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Hell, she even had the orange juice out already. I whistled.

"Wow, Raven. This is great," I told her with a grateful smile. She blushed. "Well, after last night, I figured you might want something to boost your strength back up. Besides, I can never thank you enough for taking me in," she replied. "Go on, help yourself, John." I did just that. I was hungry as hell.

I ate rather ravenously for a while before looking up at Raven. What I saw nearly made me ****. She was eating as well...but only sausages. She hadn't noticed me watching her yet as she eased it into her mouth and took a bite, licking her lips before finishing it. Then she took the next one and dipped it in maple syrup. It ran down the side and Raven tilted her head, stuck out her tongue, and slowly licked it up, letting out a "Mmm..." as she did so. The next one she stuck into her mouth and removed the fork, just sucking the juice out of it. Finally Raven noticed me staring. She ate the piece in her mouth before speaking.

"What? What's wrong? You look flushed, John," Raven said, sounding concerned. "Uh...you seem to really like sausage," was the best I could say. Raven seemed confused by my fascination and just nodded. "...um...yeah. I do. Why, is that weird?" I shook my head, not wanting to give her ANY reason to stop eating that way. "N...no, not at all. That's...that's perfectly normal," I assured her. Shrugging, she nodded. "Well...as long as your okay." Sticking her fork in another piece of sausage, she dipped it in syrup and raised it to her lips. It ran down her chin and onto her cleavage. "Aw, shit..."

Offer to clean it up?
