Ramifications of your changes

As soon as you place the pen on the table you immediately feel the world change around you. That is not all you notice though as you feel the piercing eyes of everyone in the coffee shop. You overhear the murmurs of some of the patrons close by you.

"There he is the man that was recently declared the supreme being of this world! What's he doing in this podunk coffee shop?" asks a man in a business suit to his friend

"Man I bet he heard about the unique dress code and is looking to enslave someone" his friend remarks

"No! I hope he doesn't take Jessi I'm proposing to her this week!" the business suited man exclames.

"Well the man has only just recently been recognized by nearly the entire world as a near immortal being of incredible talent and prestige and if the rumors about his collars hold any merit you may need to find a new girlfriend to try and settle down with. You can't beat his money, power, influence, and most importantly you can't beat the enslavement collar dude. No offense though man but I'd be crazy to see Jessi as a subservient Futa." says the mans friend.

"I'd kill him if he tried anything with Jessi!" The business suited man at this point near screams.

"How?!" His friend growing increasingly irritated asks "The government literally nuked the guy last week and he said it kinda hurt his head for a week, that's it and he volunteered to be nuked to just to prove his claims!" The friend makes his point clearly to his friend.

While all this is happening you start remembering details about the world you created, including the nuke incident last week when your new rule took effect and you decided to show the world your claims bore wight. You also remember buying a mansion and have been moving out of your humble apartment over the last few days
