A change of station and assurances

An incredible opportunity just feel into you lap! You can't believe the power you now yield, but before you get up to anything crazy you figure you need to make some safety measures for yourself. Opening the rulebook again you scrawl away the following rules.

Old Rule: Once the rulebook finds a new user it belongs permanently to them until they pass away, once this occurs the book will seek a new user. Currently this rulebook is possessed by John Doe.

Old Rule: Once the rulebook has found a user they will not die until the age of 100 with neither accidental or natural **** occurring until then. The user cannot age past 25 until the end of their life. The user is also immune from near **** states such as coma or vegetative states. The user can experience pain as normal (ie a paper cuts would still be a very annoying pain), however serious pain will be lessened to near minor inconvenience (ie a shark biting your arm would never result in dismemberment and at worst would cause pain comparable to a pulled muscle).

Old Rule: The rulebook's itself is noticeable to others but will only look like a normal uninteresting notebook to everyone unless the current owner lets someone know about the power then that person would be aware of the power of the rulebook but they would not have access to its power no matter what they wrote in it.

New Rule: The owner of the rulebook is considered the highest existence on the planet, people revere them, others fear their power. No matter what others will not meddle in the affairs of the book wielder and not even paparazzi will seek to interfere with their privacy. Owning the rulebook grants respect and power, not omnipotence, people will still disagree with and potentially try to stand up to the book wielder.

New Rule: The book wielder can enslave any women they desire as long as they can place a collar around their neck. Some women will be thrilled or even beg to be enslaved by the highest power on Earth, while others will fear the complete loss of freedom. A **** will live for the book wielder, hereinafter referred to as master, but other than their new found devotion will not lose their original personality, interest, etc. Most importantly a **** will not act against their master and will always consider their master before making decisions. A **** is subject to the same benefits the book wielder has in regards to longevity, health, and aging. However, a **** will not de-age upon collaring, if an older woman is enslaved they will not de-age unless their master wishes for the transformation to take place. All slaves are considered a high ranking member of society despite their legal classification of **** due to who they serve. All slaves will become aware of the rulebook, its power, and the part it played in their loss of free will upon seeing it. They can use the power of the rulebook only if acting as an extension of their master's will.

New Rule: The rulebook's wielder can produce collars out of any pocket from any article of clothing they possess.
