Lily (woman)

All in all, Lily was happily surpised that she’d found anything useful in that shop. She’d only poked her head inside on a shopping trip with her sister, who enjoyed the interesting-but-mostly-useless sort of thing one might find in that kind of antique store. So when the athletic, practical-minded woman found a perfectly serviceable pair of running shoes for sale cheap, she was more than happy to get them for herself. Didn’t recognize the brand, but that wasn’t so weird with everything else on the shelves; probably just some foreign import.

So, with these new shoes fit snugly onto her feet, Lily decided she’d go and give them a test run.
