Shoves two fingers down her throat

McKenzie is internally panicking. Tanya just licked the bottom of her shoe because she told her to. She's completely **** to anyone. The red-head thinks about all of the horrible things that could happen if anyone else, like those losers, figured out what was going on with Tanya. Even worse, what if Whitney figured it out! Tanya would never be able to steal Lead Cheerleader from that bitch.

"Tanya, we need to get to the alley and see if it has an answer," McKenzie explains. "In order to do that we need to get out of class. I..." she can't believe she's proposing this. She's never cut class. "I'm going to play sick and you're going to insist to the nurse that you drive me home."

"Okay," Tanya says, "you're going to play sick and I'm going to drive you home."

"Wait, no," McKenzie says realizing Tanya might actually drive her home. "I'm faking sick but you're telling the nurse you'll drive me home. We're really going to the alley but don't tell anyone that."

Tanya nods. She's feeling slightly annoyed because she needs to get to class but her feet won't move. For whatever reason, her brain can't hang onto the revelation that she needs to say 'yes' to everyone. Almost as soon as McKenzie puzzled it out the memory started to fade. "Got it, but why are we going to the alley? I have class, Mac!"

McKenzie shakes her head. She needs to do this for Tanya but she has to admit the susceptible teen is starting to get annoying. She grabs Tanya's hand and leads her down the hall toward the nurse's office. As they walk McKenzie makes moaning noises and clutches her stomach with her free hand. "I'm so sick," she says whenever they pass a faculty member. Then, feet from the nurse's door, McKenzie makes sure no one's watching her and quickly pushes two fingers into her mouth and into her throat. It's a trick she's mastered over the years as she's struggled to keep her weight down. In seconds McKenzie is wretching and her breakfast splatters on the polished school floor. "Go get Nurse Nethers," she says in a weak voice.

Tanya does as she's told and rushes into the nurse's office. Minutes later she comes out with Nurse Nethers who helps the not-really-sick McKenzie into her office and sits her on the edge of the bed. McKenzie shudders as if she has the chills. "Food poisoning. M-Maybe bad fish last night." The girl whispers.

Nurse Nethers asks which parent she should call to come to pick McKenzie up. "Th-they're both at work," McKenzie tells the truth even though her mom only works two miles from school and would probably come to pick her up.

"I can take her home, Nurse Nethers," Tanya says just as she was told by McKenzie earlier.

"I don't know Tanya. You really should be getting to class," Nurse Nethers says.

Tanya feels her feet start to turn on their heels and the urge to return to class.

"Wait!" McKenzie, panicked, yells out but quickly groans and continues in a weaker voice. "w-wait, my mom has an important meeting, I think, I think right about now. I-I'd hate to worry her." She pulls her phone out of her pocket as a prop. "I could call her once Tanya drops me off. And Tanya, you should tell Nurse Nethers you'll come right back to school. It would mean a lot to me if I didn't disturb my mom."

Tanya stopped in her tracks when McKenzie said 'wait' but she still feels like she wants to go to class. "Of course, I'll come back right after I drop her off." She looks at the class. "I've already missed the first 10 minutes but I should be back before the next class."

Nurse Nethers sighs and starts scribbling out a hall pass for both of the girls. "Fine, here are passes. Tanya, you'll check in with me once you get back."

After showing their passes to the guard at the door, Tanya takes a right toward the parking lot while McKenzie goes left toward the alley. "Tanya, this way."

"But I need to take you home," Tanya says.

McKenzie once again rolls her eyes. She hopes she can figure out how to end this annoying problem. "T, we're going to investigate the alley."

"Oh!, right, sorry, I forgot," she follows McKenzie as they hurriedly rush away from the school. Soon, they're facing the alley. Tanya feels a slight sense of vertigo as they step between the two buildings.
