Best to start with who you know.

Clicking on your phone you call up Max. “Vixen here. You wouldn’t happen to have heard of a woman by the name of Misty Swan would you?”

“What, who the hell…. Oh yeah Vixen. So should I get used to using that name. Did you bury Lynx?”

“Drop it. I am not sure of that one yet.” You catch a glimpse of your reflection in a piece of art that isn’t much more than a string of old cd’s and sigh, “I admit I don’t see Lynx any more it seems Vixen is a **** that won’t be denied. Just answer the question will ya.”

“Sheesh don’t go all loopy on me now I was starting to like you. What do I care if you like dudes as long as you get me my finders fee.”

“The question, Misty Swan. Focus.”

“Sorry ya got me rambling again. Oh and Kaylani says hi. I see you still got some spunk in you, pun intended ha ha….

“Focus!!”

Still chuckling he finally answers, “Sorry sorry yeah I have heard the name. It seems she is popular lately. Lots of hits on my spiders it is a name buzzing about in many circles she is a goner. Other than that I really have no idea. I can tell you her place is a dead end. I can even give you a video link of there I hacked, she is under heavy surveillance all over but it doesn’t seem anyone can find her. She has dug in deep somewhere.”

“Ok thanks, I have a list of her hangouts and friends here I guess I can start there.”

“I will keep my ears open and call if anything pops up.”

“Thanks.” You click off the link and go over the info one more time looking for anything. You bring up image after image of her known friends and hangouts. Not finding anything that especially helps you decide you might as well start doing some old fashioned leg work and see if you can turn anything up at the club “Inferno.”

Packing everything back in the envelope you head out. As you walk back down toward the noise of the crowds you spot the guard you maimed earlier being lifted into what you would guess is a hovercraft of some kind by paramedics. He is lying there bitching about the cost of a new arm while they fight to do their job keeping him alive. As you walk out your mind wonders a little to how many enemies you are making here.

Finally the noise reaches its peak signaling you are back in the thick of the madness. You look out across the arena and see the party hasn’t died down in the slightest. In what looks like a huge steel cage you see a trio of combatants in heavy medieval armor smashing each other to bits with spiked morning stars and start down the stands to make your way back to your bike. You are crossing past a large steel sphere with 4 racing bikes inside roaring around each other in a mad chorus of noise when you feel a hand on your shoulder. You spin on your heel and your hand goes for your sword.

“HEY SLUT! WHO THE FUCK DOES YOUR ART IT IS OF THE FUCKING HOOK!” A leather clad biker screams in your face.

“A friend, his shop is down on 156th and canal.” It hits you then you didn’t even bother to get his name. Finally the cycles come to a stop and everyone screams, your new acquaintance is no exception before turning back to you.

“Doesn’t this place rock. Cool I think I know where that is who should I tell him sent me?” You notice he is staring at your tits as he asks for your name.

‘Damn I wonder if I look like that much of an ass.’ You think as you answer. “The name is Vixen. I am sure he can fix you up he is a master.”

“Hey me and my buddies here have plenty of beer and x want to hang with us?”

Just as you are about to answer you spot Sebastian. He is heading right toward you but you have no idea if he has seen you yet. Your mind races for options and you decide to play it safe. You quickly look back to the biker and step into him to hide your face. You are almost sure you were to late but to your surprise he simply walks right on by without so much as a glance in your direction.

“I guess that is a yes.” The biker says and grabs your ass pulling you against him.
