Dante could almost feel the succubus eyes burn holes into his back as he was checking to make sure his sister and Saya were in fact still breathing. He was mostly gaining time to think but he was also genuinely concerned about them. The succubus queen was in a bad shape right now, which was his opportunity to end her involvement and still plan for an attack if her stories were indeed true. However, discarding such a major player this early in the game could turn to bite them in the ass, a matriarch leading a powerful demons clan could very well be the thing to tip the scale for them.

"Well, that was a stupid thing to do. How did you think she would react when she learned our enemy had not only the same advantage that John but also years of experiences separating them?" The king asked finally turning to face the succubus. He was a bit surprised to see her looking over Eliana with care and what seemed to be genuine affection.

"Yeah well, to be honest, I didn't think I would face an overcharged mother dragon, I thought I was going to face just a normaly powerful one, you know," Calipso said with a small smile.

"Why? I mean shouldn't you expect it after her and John ... you know." Dante questioned confused as to why the succubus would overlook something like this.

" I expected her to have more than before yes, but this is way further than anything I have seen before. An incubus mate usually takes months and in some cases up to a year before being able to harness the incubus demonic energy and turn it into their own." Calipso explained frowning.

"Actually, you should probably send someone to check on John, this was way more than what she should have been able to store, meaning she was directly draining him to support this kind of magical output." The succubus informed. she was not overly concerned, at worst John had fainted at the same time Eliana did but better safe than sorry.

"Yea, that's going to be difficult, John is not in the kingdom anymore." The king revealed looking concerned about what this could mean for his son.

"What do you mean? where the hell is he if not here?" Calipso questioned trying her best not let panic overtake her.

"It's a long story but first," Dante said pointing at Calipso wounds "Are you going to be ok? That look painful, we should heal that." Dante said approching her getting ready to use what little he knew of healing magic.

"Don't bother, magical healing would do barely anything on me, I just need to feed and I'll be good as new." The succubus explained knowing magical healing would work but never be as effective as a good feeding.

"Oh ... well, I'm sure I can arrange for a young soldier to ... take care of that, you can make forget afterward ... right?" The king said uneasily.

"Actually, I think me and your wife should retire to her chambers, we need a good heart to heart and, if you don't mind, she could ... take care of it." Calipso asked. Ever since Calipso had her night with the lustfull elfin she wanted to see how things would go without the extra she had then, she was still a bit embarrassed how Eliana had turned the table on her and dominated the night.

"Right ... as for John," Dante responded turning back to take care of the other two girls while explaining the chain of event leading to the prince current situation.

John knew something was wrong when he started to feel tired out of the blue, every step he took seemed to be made in an ever deeper swamp and soon he felt like he was dragging a tonne of weight on his shoulders.

Of the group currently walking toward the Elms village, Mawsie was the first to notice something was wrong. Her sudden agitation quickly gained Link's attention.

"Don't tell me you're hungry ... again! We just fed you an hour ago, you bottomless pit of never-ending hunting trips." Link said jokingly before being interrupted by Asagi suddenly brushing pass him.

"John? John, you alright?" The captain said worriedly seeing her prince collapse on a nearby tree. The strategist was breathing heavily and seemed to have trouble focusing, Asagi was starting to think he might have been poisoned or injured during his confrontation.

"I don't know ... I think I may have pushed myself too far, Captain Hale do you mind if we take a break? I feel exhausted." John said sitting heavily and leaning on the tree.

"Sure, we probably should make camp for the night anyway, we're still half a day out." The captain answered before giving orders for her team to prepare for the night.

Calipso gently deposed Eliana on her bed before sitting beside her, the question was, will her counterpart be receptive to her plea for forgiveness and if Calipso will get another beating or a night of depraved sex. After some thought, the succubus queen decided it was not out of the question to receive both. She just hoped to be able to enjoy the latter if the former came to be. After all, she needed to be able to move if she wanted to enact some payback for the domination Eliana had done on their first encounter ...................................
