Candice and Io

The two teams all made their entrances one by one. Team Shayna stood to the right side of the stage. The team was made up of Shayna Baszler, a member of the MMA 4 horsewomen and long time women's champion, Kay Lee Ray, who was the NXT UK women's champion and former friend of Toni Storm, Bianca Belair, one of the more recent Performance Center success stories and an all around power house, and Io Shirai, one of the best Joshi's in Japan who was looking to make a name for herself in America. Team Rhea stood on the left side of the stage. This team was made up of Rhea Ripley, An Australian badass who used to hold the NXT UK Women's Championship and has a bone to pick with Shayna, Tegan Nox and Dakota Kai, who were best friends as well as members of the happy-go-lucky Team Kick who had both recently returned from injuries had them sitting out for a while, and Candice LeRae, who made a name for herself wrestling intergender matches on the indies and wanted **** after being back stabbed by her former friend Io not too long ago.

Io went to the ring first. Candice looked at her team who all nodded. They knew she wanted to make Io pay for what she did to her. Candice tried to put the recent rules out of her head as she walked to ring. This went against everything he ever fought for. She wanted to be thought of on the same level as men and now she ran the risk of being humiliated in front of one of the biggest crowds that she'd ever been in front of.

Io was less concerned about being in her underwear in front of the crowd. She had frequently posed in her birthday suit back in Japan and she honestly extreamly comfortable with her body. The idea of being stripped by her opponent was what she wanted to avoid. Especially by a loser like Candice LeRae. Io was looking to make a statement so she could challenge for the belt later, and being stripped could set her back in a big way.

Candice walked into the cage and her and Io stared at each other with hate in their eyes.
