Investigate the noise

It is a good thing that you decides to investigate the noise. A group of bandits, estimated at around 30 people, has just began its raid on a small village, only managing to burst through the main gate defended by the villagers. Deciding to stow away the recommendation to remain incognito, you jump in front a bandit, stopping his saber a mere inch away from separating a man's neck with your chakra-infused fingers.

The bandit is surprised by your appearance but managed to calm himself and tries to pull away his saber. However, it remains in your hand's grip as you raise your leg to deliver a gut wrenching kick to him. After knocking him away, you release the saber and performs your favorite jutsu.

"Kage bunshin no jutsu."

There's a cloud of smoke, distracting most of the attackers and defenders. When the smoke abated, there are sixty clones of you grinning at the bandits.

"Get them," you commands as they enter the fray. Of course, you join it as well, punching a bandit who is pulling a young mother away from her young daughter.

The bandit rubs his aching jaw. "Who the hell are you?"

"Naruto Uzumaki, the man who is kicking your butts." Before he even responds, you moves to his back. Briefly, you contemplate performing the thousand years of pain jutsu but you don't really want to jab your fingers into the asshole of someone who's probably hasn't taken his bath for a while. Instead, you kick his butt.

You turn toward the young mother who had rejoined her daughter. "Are you okay?"

"Yes," the mother replies.

"Thank you, sir," the daughter, whose age is probably four or five years old, said to you. "Are you are hero?"

You chuckle a bit. "I guess." You bring out another clone, telling it to guard them and then shift your attention to help an elderly couple being harassed by two thugs.

While the bandits are not weak, you easily defeat them with the help of the villagers. In just fifteen minutes, all of them have been defeated , with those not dead have been tied up to prevent escape. Thanks to your intervention, none of the villagers were killed though there are five people lightly wounded. You had to kill three of the bandits, however, as they were about to kill the villagers they were facing. While watching your clones carry their bodies to be buried outside the village, you idly wipe your bloodied kunai with a cloth belonging to one of those dead bandits.

"Shinobi-san?" a voice calls for your attention.

You turn to see a man around 40 years old. "Yes?"

"I'm the village head and I would like to express our greatest appreciation for your assistance."
