She Has But To Descend

Outnumbered and in unfamiliar territory, Lois Lane had **** but to descend. Naked except for her panties. So she followed the wolf, the two women behind her, the warriors following. The outcropping was the start of which might have been a natural cave, once...but had been at some point enlarged, the floor descending steeply into the earth in a series of shallow steps, the walls getting so claustrophobically tight that at some points Lois had to go through sideways. The air was cold and dry on her skin, the stink of the torches not helping with how close the air was. Yet there seemed to be at least a slight breeze, which picked up as they went lower.

The ceiling was stained black with the smoke of a thousand torches, the walls an unending mural which had begun as crudely pornographic but which now became...more stylized, finer in detail and composition, richer in color. Lois examined it now, marveling at the artistry, even as the actual content made her queasy.

There was a cave. A scar in the earth. Young women descended and found a crack, a rent in stone like a giant vagina. Things came out and... Lois blushed to see the women spread their legs for writhing tentacles, impaled on huge phalluses from half-bestial things, the artists going into graphic detail.

Then a woman came down, a vivid red line across her abdomen. A fallen star crashed into a mountain, a single black shard made into a knife. With the black blade in her hand, she vanquished the demons, lopping off the writhing tentacles, and the women whose bellies were already beginning to bulge...

Lois Lane felt sick at the crude Caesarians that the red line women gave to them. Wondered again at the scars on the stomachs of the women behind her. Were they initiates of some kind? The reporter had heard how certain groups would scar their members...

The Black Knife was carried all the way to the gateway, drove the monsters back. There she was met by a red woman with black horns, wreathed in flame...who carried with her a familiar-looking idol, dark and big-bellied.

The idol! Lois realized. If it's here, then maybe I can get back home...

The mural was damaged here, partially blotted out by smoke. But Lois saw a pale white figure with dark hair, being held by a pair of women, struggling in the cleft from whence the demons had come...and Lois Lane had a very bad feeling about that.

The grade leveled out, the tunnel widened out, back into a natural cave. The torch light seemed to dim...and then Lois realized where they were.

The great fissure on the far wall resembled nothing so much as a massive labia, carved in stone. In front of it was a little niche, barely big enough for a person to crawl through.

The wolf-head approached the cleft, the rest of them following...now might be her chance to escape. The niche in the base of the cleft looked like the mouth of a tunnel. It was too narrow for any of the men to get through, if Lois could break away, she might be able to squeeze in before any of them could stop her.
