You leave them to talk.

You leave them alone in the room in order for them to sort out their disagreements. You wait at the door and for a while it is quiet, which is promising. You can't hear any noises of battles to the **** so you figure they are discussing things. You go and sit in the other room and wait for a bit. You turn on the television and hope that everything will turn out all right. Interesting enough, Jerry Springer is on and talking about cheating friends. You cross your fingers and hope that when you open that door you didn't see Carrie holding Kelly severed head or something.

After 10 minutes you head back to the room and open the door. You see them laughing and holding hands like they were best friends again. Their smiles make the entire room glow. It's such a relief from the **** stares they were giving each other earlier.

They break their happy reminiscing when you enter the room.

"Oh hi, we were just talking about you," Kelly says with a twinkle in her eye.

"Nothing bad I hope," you reply a little worried about that comment

"Wouldn't you like to know," Carrie smirks catching on to Kelly's teasing.

"So I guess you two have patched things up," you ask hopefully.

"Yea we did. We thought it was silly to ruin a good friendship over a guy. Men come and go but friends are forever. So, I'm afraid you wont be able to see another cat fight today," Kelly says.

"Curses my plan is ruin," you joke

"Thanks for what you have done. It was really sweet that you would go to all this trouble," Kelly says.

"Well anytime. I like you both and hate to see you two fighting all the time. It is really nice to see you two are friends again. Also it means no more punch ups for me to break up," you say smiling

Carrie motions for Kelly to lean in close to her and they exchange conspiratory whispers. Both girls are giggling to themselves when Carrie turns back to you to speak.

"We should really thank him," Carrie begins.

"Yea it was really nice. I don't know how we are going to thank you though," Kelly continues.

"I have some ideas, come to think of it," Carrie says.
