Meanwhile, Rory Williams was running through an underground labyrinth, trying desperately to get away from the Daleks. No matter how many stairs he climbed or gaps he jumped across, they always seemed to catch up. Once he even thought he saw one of them doing wheelies.

Then a voice sounded in his head. "Hey, Pretty One. Want some help getting away from those nasty Daleks?"

"Of course I do," said Rory. "How did you guess?"

"Just a hunch," said the voice. "Also your wife called. Pretty aggressive woman. Does she kiss your you-know-what with that mouth? Anyway, I figured I'd better save you because it would be a bit awkward for me if I didn't. So take a right at the next turn and then enter the last door on the left."

"Okay," said Rory.

"Or is that take a left at the next turn and then enter the last door on the right?" asked the voice.

"How should I know?" asked Rory.

"Hey, keep your shirt on," said the voice. "I'll sort it out. On the other hand, take it off. After all, I have needs too -- though I imagine your wife might raise a fuss if she ever found out. So perhaps you should keep it on. You wimp!"

"Er, about the turn," said Rory.

"Oh, forget about the turn," said the voice. "Just go straight ahead till you come to the end and then hide in the closet."

"How is that going to help me?" asked Rory.

"Well, it is a pretty big closet," said the voice.

"No, I mean how can I be sure that the Daleks won't follow me there?" asked Rory.

Just then the tunnel behind Rory blew up and a ton of bricks blocked the way.

"Wait a minute," said Rory. "Did you do that?"

"That's for me to know and you to find out," said the voice.
