What's the next thing you'll change about the world?

Safety first.

Before making any changes you thought that it would be quite unfortunate if the changes alter your memory and physique in a negative way, or in worst case scenario lead to your ****.

So you write:

New Rule: The current owner retains his memory prior to all changes.

New Rule: The current owner physique is not affected by the changes unless specified by the owner.

New Rule: The current owner's personality is not affected by the changes unless specified by the owner.

New Rule: The owner can reset time till the moment he acquired the notebook, while retaining his memories if he so desires, or in the case of ****.

Let's not forget about the prevention of theft.

New Rule: No one, with the exception of the current owner, is interested in the rulebook, and they will ignore it under any circumstance and never think of using it.

New Rule: No one would interrupt the current owner when he is writing in the rulebook.

New Rule: If the current owner loses the notebook, it will reappear in his hand whenever he desires.

Now with that part done, it is time to change the world.
