They form a plan

Felicity eventually led the nude Laurel back through the maze of hallways towards the bunker. As they got closer they heard the attackers talking among each other but weren't yet close enough to properly make out their conversation. Coming across the final corner, Laurel move ahead of Felicity to peak around it and saw Oliver being restrained by two of their group while another was pulling rope from a bag. They had also turned the lights back on, allowing Laurel to survey the room and see that there were five men in total.

"What's happening?" Laurel felt Felicity's hand on her bare shoulder causing her to jump slightly. "Sorry", Felicity said realising her mistake and removing her hand.

"They're tying him up but he's still conscious" Laurel said "we can't take them though, we're outnumbered". Looking around the room, Laurel saw that there weren't as many of them along the wall where they were and at the end of it was the fire suppression system. It would spray water all over the place and give them cover for their escape but there wasn't any cover along the wall they could easily be seen if they tried it.

Unless someone else distracted them, Laurel realised what she had to do and turned back around to Felicity who once again struggled to maintain eye contact.

"I've got an idea, it's a little risky but it should work" Laurel whispered.

"What is it?" Felicity asked.

"The fire alarm is just along this wall," she began motioning towards the corner with her hand, not bothering to cover herself. "I'm going to create a distraction while you sneak over there and activate it, once it starts spraying water everywhere, you grab Oliver and we run for the elevator and figure out the next step from there". Felicity took a moment to consider the plan.

"How are you going to distract them?" she asked.

"Well, this whole thing has been about abducting me so if they see me they're more likely to leave Oliver and attack me. I just have to hold them off long enough for you to pull the switch". Laurel than thought for a moment. "Unless they don't take the bait, then I'll just have to come up with something".

"As if they won't notice a hot naked woman in the middle of a room," Felicity said immediately making Laurel squirm at the circumstances of the rescue. "Sorry", she repeated. Her way of saying things without thinking was normally really cute but not when she was completely naked. "Let's do it".
