Refuse treatment

"I'll be fine, really. Save the meds."

Alex and Alyssa breathe an audible sigh of relief, but Hannah isn't backing down so easily.

"Absolutely not. There were probably a thousand different bacteria on that thing. We can't have you sick."

"Hannah, I'm not taking meds for an infection I don't even know if I have."

"Ben, you could die. This is non-negotiable."

"And even if I take the meds I could still die. For all we know, the bacteria here could be resistant to all our antibiotics. You could be wasting medicine on me that won't even help if I do get sick. If I actually get sick, then I'll agree to let you treat me. Otherwise, we're sticking to frequent cleanings and bandage changes."

Hannah opens her mouth to continue arguing, but after meeting your gaze she closes it in frustration. Having won that argument, you finally beg off and manage to return to you tent to rest.
