The First Spell; Moving between minds at will

I looked at the page and realized it was the most unique spell I'd ever seen. It required no potion, and nothing other than a wand, and the caster must be female. Yet the page noted that my wand would be destroyed, though I would no longer need it.

I began scanning the instructions. I recited two incantations, and my wand glowed blue before fading to its normal colour. I shivered at the last part. The 7th step explained why it could only be performed by a female:
