How does Waverly react?

She doesn't want Nicole to be exposed

"You don't have to," Waverly said.

"Huh?" Nicole said.

"I know how embarrassing it is to be like that," Waverly said. "Believe me. I know. I don't want you to go through it for my sake."

Waverly wriggled again in the **** hope it might get her free of the window. No such thing happened, unsurprisingly. She groaned and slumped forward, breasts shifting too as her angle changed. She stretched out her arms to help support the weight of her topless front half.

"Just... don't go far?" Waverly said.

"Gotcha," Nicole said tenderly.

Waverly bit her lip hard to avoid whimpering as she felt her rear once more become exposed. Nicole pulled her pants down, reclaiming them, hands trailing down the exposed skin of Waverly's legs as she did so. Waverly wriggled again.

They heard the sound of a door. Behind her, Waverly heard a squeak and a clatter.

"Nicole?" Waverly said. She couldn't look back.

"Shush!" Nicole said. "Haven't got them on yet, just let me..."

Nicole wouldn't want to be seen her panties. Waverly understood that, she just wished she had some choice beyond being seen naked. She wriggled again more desperately.

Wynonna walked into the room in front of her, coming to a screeching stop as she saw her sister blushing and stuck, stark naked, in the window. She opened her mouth to speak, then froze. This was weird even by Purgatory standards.

"Er, hi?" Waverly said squeakily. "Help?"
