Call Gigi

You pick up your phone and call Gigi. The phone keeps ringing you're about to hang up when she answers.

"Hey hon! Are you feeling better?" Gigi answers chirpily.

"What?" you utter before you remember the small lie you had told earlier. "Oh, yes. Much better. Just needed to lie down and I'm feeling great now. How's the gala?"

"It's was great! It's always fun to do these things that are glam and for a good cause."

"Cool... are you going to be back soon?" you ask hopefully.

There's a slight pause on the other end and you think for a moment that the call may have cut out when Gigi responds. "Ummm... I.... Well, I'm with my friend and we were thinking about going for a drink and maybe hitting the clubs to dance. You know, a girls' night out..." Gigi's voice trails off and it sounds like she's asking you for permission to stay out with Karlie. Curiously, up till now she hasn't mentioned who her friend is.
