What deal does she offer you?
None. You assert yourself.
As Alana tells you off the knot of nervous guilt in your stomach solidifies into something else. Something seething, primal, and hateful. "You want to make a deal?" You cackle, your voice strangely unfamiliar to your own ears. "What the fuck could you give me that I couldn't just take?" You stand up, towering over the suddenly fragile looking woman. "I could drag you and your precious wife to a biker bar and let them gang **** you both. How does that sound for a deal, Alana?"
Alana begins to quietly sob, "Please. We-we're your friends."
You scowl down at her, her words cause a twinge of guilt but the sight of her tears has you turned on. "We were until you treated me like some kind of monster." You scold grabbing her chin gruffly. "But don't worry, I won't punish you too badly. In fact, I'm giving you permission to use your sexual rights again."
She blinks up at you in confusion. "Really?"
"Yes." You grin wickedly patting her cheek gently, causing her to flinch. "With one condition. You can only have sex with men."
For a moment anger flashes in her eyes but she's obviously learned her place as she mutters meekly, "Thank you."
"Good girl" You grab her bright hair and yank her to you, wrapping an arm around her waist and forcing a rough kiss on her lips. She hesitantly kisses you back with soft trembling lips as you run one hand up her stomach to grope a small breast while your other hand mauls her tight toned ass.
When you break away and let her go she wipes tears from her cheeks and whispers with obvious dread. "What about Sammy?"

These branching stories are going to have 3 very simple premises: 1) You exist in a world where your character AND ONLY your character gets to have sex with whatever group or groups of people you choose wherever and whenever he or she desires. 2) The circumstances under which he or she can have sex with that group can be specified generally or specifically. 3) The response of the people you have sex with and/or the general public can be chosen.
