She moves away and you hear the familiar sounds of the window swinging open and wind from her flying out. Looking back through the peephole, you see Wildcat lying on the bed. After a minute he checks the clock, then smiles when Power Girl comes back in.

“Well, you took awhile,” he says, taking the sports drink she hands him. “What happened to super speed?”

“Oh, I used it. I went out and got us some fun toys for our final fuck of the evening.” Power Girl holds out a rope and a lamp.

The older man looks at the rope and shakes his head. “No way. I told you before, I’m not into rope burns.”

Power Girl smiles dazzlingly. “It’s not for you.”

“Yeah right, like any rope can hold you.”

“It can with this.” She holds out the lamp. “This is an experimental red sun lamp from STAR labs. It mimics the light of a red sun, canceling out my powers.

Wildcat smiles. He chugs the rest of the sports drink and hops up from the bed as Power Girl sets the lamp on a table and turns it on. Wildcat turns off the overhead light, leaving the room with only the eerie red glow of the lamp.

“How do you feel, darlin?”

Power Girl shrugs. “The same. Maybe it doesn’t work. We should test it.”

He shoves her backwards. Power Girl flails her arms wildly as she falls backwards out of control and lands heavily on the bed.

Wildcat grins. “Oh, this is going to be good. It’s nice to be able to shove you around, for a change. Roll over on your stomach and put your hands behind your back.”
