The Potion Supply with Jennifer.

"First thing we need is an emergency work around for Snape's challenge. You always talk about how brilliant he is, we should have a back-up plan." Jennifer says. "Can you work up a cure-all in case you accidentally poison us?"

You pause and shake your head. ".. Not really. Remedies are tricky and take a lot of time to prepare. Even a Bezoar would be a week and... WAIT! We keep an emergency stash of Bezoar in the Potions Supply room, just in case a student poisons themselves. I hear Longbottom got really sick when he drank his wart-removal potion."

Jennifer nods, "Then we have to get one of those b-things." She looks back to the book. "None of these other are all that specific."

"Well," you say abashedly, "There has to be a way through these security, a lock is meant to keep the wrong people out, not keep everyone out."

She looks at you curiously.

You clear your throat. "Let's get on our way, we don't have long, and we don't want to be caught by Mrs. Norris."

After putting the Reference Book back up you slink down the stair out of the Ravenclaw Common Room, and down towards the Potions Wing.

As you pass the Great Hall you tell Jennifer to wait up. You take a quick detour into the kitchens. There's one thing more that you need. After a short conversation with the cooks you comeback upstairs with a brown-paper package.

"What's that?" Jennifer asks.

"Insurance." You say, "Let's hurry its almost curfew."

You come to the potions supply room. The door is closed, and there is a sign saying "NO ENTRY WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM A PROFESSOR."

You start to look over the door for the signs of the charms and wards. "If I can just find where the alarm is I might be able to counter-charm." you mutter.

Jennifer rolls her eyes and heaves the door open. The alarm goes off and you curse.

"Tacete!" You yell as you wave your wand in the air.

The Hallway goes silent. Jennifer looks back to you.

"..."

You shrug and smile, cupping a hand to your ear. She seems less than amused. It was a clumsy silencing charm, but one you had used a few times in the library. It prevented any sound from being made or heard, it wouldn't last very long. Sidling past Jen you grab a rough grey stone from a jar on the shelf, and grab Jen's hand, running back up the stairs.

As you run up the stairs you hear the alarm again as your silence charm wears off. You hear what sounds like Filch scrambling towards the Potions Room.

"I think we've pushed our luck as far as it will go," You say to Jen, as you approach the Forbidden Corridor.

As you approach the hallway you are shocked to see it already open. You hear flute music coming from inside and see Fluffy asleep inside.

The flute music stops and you see Fluffy begin to stir.

You look to Jen and shrug.
