Looking up from the notebook, Rachel immediately noticed a change in her environment. The cafe, formerly inhabited by an even split of men and women, now is mostly filled with women. Only one table, near the back, held three men, although they were quite different than Rachel guessed they would have been before the new rule.

Small. That would be the first word she would use to describe them. When she'd changed their anatomy to **** men into extremely high heeled shoes in order to walk, there must have been side effects that Rachel hadn't anticipated. One of which was the size of the men. The three at the table were slender in every way, almost waifish. With their limited mobility, Rachel supposed that men no longer had the chance to grow big and strong, develop muscles, and over the generations that ability had disappeared.

Their clothes were form fitting, which made Rachel smile. The one farthest away from her was wearing a thin white t-shirt that showed off a pair of extremely erect nipples. Below the belt he seemed to be wearing something that looked like lycra shorts, which did nothing to disguise the huge penis inside, the only thing that hadn't shrunk.

The three men noticed Rachel staring and started giggling, looking down at their drinks demurely.

"What a bunch of sluts," a woman at the next table muttered to Rachel, "they only come here to be picked up by some dumb schmuck. All cock, no brains. Not bad, if that's what you're into."

"I think they're kind of cute," Rachel said quietly, not wanting to start an argument, but feeling like she should stick up for the men.

"Sure, cute," the woman replied, returning to her newspaper, "probably minxes in the sack, too. Boys like that have no self-esteem, so they'll throw themselves at any woman that smiles at them. Just remember, you won't just be bringing them home, but they'll be bringing their bag of crazy with them."
