Turn them

"It is clear to me, Farther..." you address him in a way that reveals your true lineage and his adulterous ways "...That you seem to be the only one to care what I am. I have not hidden my self to these people. I care for them. Save them from bandits and monsters while you hide secrets from your wife and your people. How many more like me are there? I think people have the right to know. What say you!" You address the crowd as you brake the jewelled chain that holds your wings like a clasp and speeds them wide to so off your true nature."

The crowd chants "What say you?" at the king.

The king is taken aback "I, err, You, err..." He stammers

"Anyone have any LIGITAMET reason why these two are not to marry, speak now." The priest confirms the king's defeat. The room is silent.

"Well then, I now pronounce you Husband and wife." The Priest declares.

The crowd cheers as you lift Sofia's veil and kiss her passionately.

"And since we are all here and in agreement in the lack of faith in the current king..." The Priest takes the crown off your farther's head and is handed the crown from the queen "I Crown you King and Queen of Eutropa." He places the crowns on your heads.

"You can't do that. I AM THE KING!" Your farther shouts. He draws a sword from the scabbard of one of the royal guards. He rushes towards you and you flap your wings, jumping in the air to dodge his stab. One of the last-minute additions to your outfit was a scabbard strap to your leg with a small dagger that you unsheathe. You land on your farther's chest and knock him to the ground stabing him though the neck as you land. He coughs up blood for a bit then dies.

"The King is dead, long live the king." Declares the priest.

"LONG LIVE THE KING!" the crowd cheer.

The former king's body is taken away and you start the feast. Eventually, you and Sofia retire heading to the room of the new Queen's mother.
