Who Found The Rulebook?

New Rule: Only Jeff Smith--Identified by name and blood thumb print next to this rule--can see or write in this book. Jeff Smith can also be refereed to as the owner of this notebook in rule creation. Moreover, he cannot loose this book and the book cannot be damaged.

New Rule: The world as it currently is is referred to as checkpoint 0. A rule can be written later reverting the world back to the current rules by stating that things will be reverted to checkpoint 0.

I prick myself with a pen and put my bloody thumb print next to the first rule sealing the deal. Immediately I felt better even while the first rule went into effect I was paranoid that someone would steal the rule book from me, but now that can't happen. "Okay, now to cause some havoc!" I exclaim with glee.
