Chapter 3 by Derringer Derringer

We know you got the job, but how did the interview go?

It was unlike any interview you'd ever had.

"Mr. Stryker, I presume?" you hear as you enter an examination room of your former college's health clinic.

"Er, yes, that's me." you respond with a light laugh and a smile at the woman in the room. She wore a white lab coat and stethoscope over a teal blouse and a black pencil skirt with a waistband instead of belt Her jet black hair contrasted her lightly tanned skin, and was pulled into a tight bun, held together with a couple of pens. She had narrow plastic framed glasses on, and black shoes with a small block for heels.

She smiles back and offers her hand to shake, "I'm Dr. Santina. It's a pleasure to meet you, and if you get the job I will be your supervising physician." After you greet her back she scribbles a couple of notes on her clipboard, glances up, and mumbles "Brown hair, dark blue eyes, and short, trimmed beard." So this interview is, like the position it's for, going to be a little unorthodox. I will administer an aptitude test, a physical, and an aptitude test, all while we discuss the job, what it entails, and what it entails. Feel free to ask questions at any time except for the aptitude test. Do you have any before we begin?"

"Yes, you said aptitude test twice-" she nods cutting you off while making another note, "very good. They test two different skill sets, you'll see when we get to them."

"Alright, and I'm not allowed to ask questions for either of them?" You continue. "You are not allowed to ask questions for the first one, appropriate questions are actually encouraged in the second." she smiles.

"Good to know. One last one, because it's the thing I'm the most uncertain about. It's not a deal-breaker, but would I be required to become Una-gender for this?"

"Very good and understandable question, and it'll cover some of the talking points I need to get through as well. No. In fact you will be prohibited from becoming Una-gender while you hold this position. It's an all-girls school, so technically all the students will be female or una-gender, but we do need some male subjects, bi and/or straight, to act as male controls for our testing with the male affectations on our Una-gender candidates. As such, you would technically be an employee of GTI taking advantage of some college courses to finish off your degree in your spare time. You would have to protract your last semester of study over two semesters, but you will get paid a small salary and get excellent health coverage in the meantime. At the end of the year if you wish to get any and all sorts of complementary Una-gender related gene therapy, including but not limited to breasts augments, vaginal canal implantation, uteral implantation, egg growth, and testes interioration or removal." She explains while checking some boxes further down the page.

"Testes... interioration?" You ask. "Yes, it moves the subjects testicles into their body, proffering easier access to a vaginal canal that would be located between the penis and the anus. It results in lower sperm volume production, but still plenty more than can be produced is the testes are removed entirely."

"I see, that makes a lot of sense." You nod acceptingly. Dr. Santina smiles as she makes another note.

"Well then, I'd like to start with the second aptitude test. First I need you to sign this confidentiality agreement that says you will not discuss our interview procedure with non-GTI staff or non-GTI students aspiring to be GTI staff." She hands you a pen and a legal document which you sign and hand back promptly. "At GTI we will be educating young minds and conducting an extended research study on, to put it bluntly, sex and sexuality. At any time you feel too uncomfortable to continue say, 'I would like to conclude the interview', at which point you will forfeit the position, but may recompose yourself and depart with no barrier save for the confidentiality agreement you just signed. Understood?" She recites.

"Understood."

"As we are studying sex and sexuality, we need to be certain that you can focus and function reasonably well when exposing and exposed to the nude form. So instead of waiting until the physical to have you strip naked, I'm going to have you strip naked now while I explain the rules of the first aptitude test." You pause, look down at your full suit (it's a job interview after all), nod and start taking off your jacket. "There are clothes hangers for you to use in the corner." she offers. "When you are done stripping, I will let you sit at this desk over here where you will be tested on your general and scientific knowledge. This is partly to qualify for the position, but also to gage your understanding of the material so we can assist in course placement at GTI. We don't expect you to get every answer, so write down what you do know about the problem and how you might start to solve it on the ones that stump you. We start with this so that if you do leave the interview early, but decide to apply for another position with GTI or anywhere with the Gena conglomerate we have an additional reference to source." She watches and makes a few more notes as you strip out of the last of your clothes showing off the lightly muscled, lithe body of a student who has spent most of his time in labs and offices over the last few years. She indicates the desk and you sit down with your naked ass on the cold plastic chair. "Comfortable?" she asks. "Not exactly," you answer, "but I can certainly deal with it and will probably get used to it if this comes up often."

"I will be testing your focus a little as you take the exam. You may glance around every now and again, but do try to remember that the test is your chief priority." You nod, and she places a packet labelled 'Technical Skills' on your desk with a pencil. "Begin."
