The Cat Returns

That whole scene was... odd, to say the least. Of course, there's only one possible explanation: you're so tired, you're hallucinating. About time you went home and got some sleep, it seems, so you go ahead and start to walk back. You don't get very far, however, as you soon hear a low growl coming from behind you.

Turning to face that growling, you see the man-turned-latex-cat from before. However, that low growling you heard wasn't hostile - quite the opposite, as this creature, is actually purring happily as it approaches you, almost as though merely being around you is enough to make your content. Still, this could be a trick. It could turn on you at any second. In a flash this thing could go from purring to rending flesh... but it doesn't.

You never take your eyes off that cat, but still, it shows nothing even remotely violent. No malice, no ****, nothing. In fact, it still shows only its happiness in being near you, and you feel almost obligated to trust its intentions. You'll just have to hope they're noble ones.
